How much is shipping?
AOCHUAN will provide free delivery of retail orders. If you are a wholesaler, or have agent in China so you do not need us to carry out cross-border transportation, please contact us. We will remake the sales contract for you.

When will my order ship?
Retail orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We will contact you in time after receiving the order to ensure that you are informed of the progress of the order.

We will let you quickly get the status of your order through limited mail without being overly disturbed. If you need more information, please feel free to contact us.

How and where do you ship my order?
All products will be shipped from the country of origin China, and will be strictly inspected by AOCHUAN quality team. We will choose the most suitable transportation method according to the delivery location specified by the customer, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and Amazon and other logistics methods.

How long will it take me to receive the product?
We are unable to commit to a uniform logistics time for all sales areas. But based on our historical orders, most retail orders will be received within 7 days.

Tons of features and works great!

It took me a while of playing with it to get the hang of all the features. I love the fact that you can extend it also. My iPhone 16 Pro fit fine without me needing to remove the phone case. The gimbal feels very sturdy. I had my son help me figure out all of the features. It took us watching the video on the listing page to figure out most of them because the instructions are a little confusing.
You can switch between portrait and landscape modes by double-clicking the shutter button. If you double-click the scroll wheel, it will take a panoramic shot. With the app, you can use the tracking feature. You can choose between face tracking, body tracking, object tracking, and even use another apps tracking feature. The tracking feature worked great! We took a video walking around the room, and it was very smooth. Speaking of the app, it also worked great, and it was a breeze to connect and get started once I had it downloaded.

The only feature that didn‘t work as well as I would've liked was the gesture control. It didn't always recognize the gestures. That's not a big deal, though, because I didn't plan on utilizing that very often anyway.

Overall, for the price, this is a feature-packed gimbal stabilizer. A great intro gimbal for anyone getting into videography or vlogging.

Great value for the price

Ok. It’s not the most well- known brand but it is of high quality, including the user guides and tutorial videos. I am pleasantly surprised. It can zoom in but it can’t zoom out beyond 1x. The face tracking works but it can’t continue to follow if you turn or hide your face. However, it is very usable for non-professional needs.
